Official rules of Frisball:
1. 3 contestants stand equally apart in triangle format (distance and field size flexible)
2. A frisbee and a tennis ball are thrown counter-clockwise, with the tennis ball starting in lead position.
3. The goal: Keep both objects in play and continuing around the triangle, and don’t be the one to end up with both, which ends the round.
4. The golden rule: Frisball is part teamwork, part competitive. The players personalities will determine which prevails.
